Often, we get asked can we open our machines up inside a building?… Yes, We Can! Daily we pour floors inside industrial units, cow sheds, barns etc…. 

Aintree Concrete Pumping have numerous pumps for inside works, below are just a selection of shots with our boom pumps being opened in confined spaces. These shots showcase the versatility of our pumps and highlight our operators’ skills and experience manoeuvring booms in some tight and restricted positions. 

The 5 & 4 section boom technology in the Aintree fleet coupled with Z and ZR folding booms make these machines perfect when requiring low unfold heights. 

Selected machines also have 360 degree rotating tip sections which breaks the limits of previously known boom folding types. It opens up entirely new prospects for our operators. The 360 degree tip rotation adapts perfectly to any construction site situation due to its extraordinary mobility, and it does so in no time at all: the last boom stage can be folded in from both sides and swung past boom stage 3. This saves time when relocating the machine and after finishing with the concreting work, providing additional flexibility during complex installation situations.
