💪𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
We are looking for a dedicated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Trainee Concrete Pump Operator. This role is perfect for those who are willing to work hard and are not afraid of getting their hands dirty.
⚙️𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Operate and maintain concrete pump machinery.
• Assist in clipping up, lifting, and moving pipes to facilitate concrete placement.
• Work on-site until the concrete is successfully poured.
🚛𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Valid HGV/LGV Class 2 license.
• Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Strong timekeeping skills and a good work ethic.
• Willingness to start early and occasionally finish late; start and finish times are variable based on job requirements.
• Mechanical knowledge / problem solving experience around HGV vehicles is a significant advantage in case of breakdowns.
• CSCS certification is a plus.

• Competitive pay rates once fully trained and certified with your operators ticket for concrete pumping.
